In August 2025, we introduced the UAS V3 Pump Stand. It was a major step forward in seed treatment technology, bringing improved automation, a modern touchscreen interface and a better user experience to the AT500 platform. But we knew it wasn't finished.
Over the past year, we gathered feedback from growers, seed dealers and treaters who use the system every day. We watched how they worked, listened to what could be improved and made dozens of refinements.
The result is the V3.1 Pump Stand—not a redesign, but an evolution built around the people who use it.

Bigger Screen: Better Experience
The first thing you'll notice is the new 6-inch touchscreen, replacing the previous 3.5-inch display. The larger screen provides more room to view product information, treatment rates and settings while making navigation much easier—especially during busy treating days.
Whether you're changing products, loading a seed profile or monitoring multiple pumps, everything is easier to see and operate.
Filter Housing: Easier Maintenance Starts Here
Routine maintenance should be simple. That's why one of the most noticeable improvements is the relocation of the filter housing. Instead of being tucked inside the cabinet, it's now mounted on the outside where it's:

It's a small change that operators will appreciate every time they service the machine.
Vertical Flowmeters: Better Flow. Better Accuracy.
Another important improvement is the repositioning of the flowmeter. Instead of mounting horizontally, it's now mounted vertically. Why? A vertical orientation creates a steadier, more consistent product flow, resulting in improved accuracy and more dependable performance throughout the treating process.
Improved Agitation: Better Product Quality
Consistent agitation is critical for maintaining product quality. The V3.1 features several upgrades designed to improve mixing:
A new cabinet-mounted agitation system
New high-efficiency motor
Newly designed agitation paddle, also relocated closer to the center of the tank
Together, these improvements provide better circulation while simplifying the overall design.
New Recirculation Controls: Treat & Recirculate with Ease
Preparing products before treating just became much easier. The V3.1 introduces a dedicated Treat / Recirculation valve, allowing operators to quickly switch between circulating product and treating seed. This enhancement provides more flexibility for everyday operation and troubleshooting.
Save Favorite Settings: And Save Time Too
One of the most requested features from operators has finally arrived.

Anyone who regularly treats corn knows the frustration. Corn is typically applied per unit, while many other crops are treated per hundred weight. Previous systems required more manual adjustments. Now, operators simply choose whether they're treating per unit or per CWT, and the V3.1 automatically loads the proper settings.

Supports Up to 4 Pump Stands: Expand As Your Operation Grows
Need additional capacity? The V3.1 now supports up to four pump stands from one interface. Whether you're operating one today or expanding tomorrow, the software is designed to grow with your operation. (Additional hardware and power upgrades are required when adding three or four pump stands.)
New Pump Head: Wider Flow Range, Greater Control
The V3.1 features an upgraded, higher-quality pump head designed to deliver more control across a much wider range of chemical flow rates.
Where the previous system topped out around 50–55 oz./minute, the new pump can deliver nearly 100 oz./minute while still providing precise control at very low flow rates. That added range makes it better suited for everything from low-volume applications to higher-volume treatments like wheat and cotton.
The new system also adds real-time flow monitoring and on-screen warnings, alerting the operator to issues like loss of flow, an empty chemical tank, a clogged line or an improperly secured pump—helping catch problems before they affect treated seed.
