TERMS & CONDITIONS
Acreage destroyed that was originally treated with qualifying N-Compass Seed Treatment blends and qualifying inoculants purchased from UAS is eligible for 100% replacement in the form of new product. New product must be used to treat seed for the replanting of acres destroyed due to reduced stands from adverse conditions during germination and emergence, field flooding after emergence, hail, or other weather-related problems.
The decision to replant must be due to weather-related issues—not grower or contractor error in performing field works, such as herbicide spraying. Application of products not on an applied label, miscalculation in application, sprayer contamination, and all other errors are not covered under this Replant Program.
Replant must be completed within recommended guidelines for planting seasons for the variety being replanted in the respective geography. The source will be seed company variety guides and specification for the variety used for replant. As a rule, no credit for replant will be given for seed planted after July 10th.
Acreage that was originally treated with qualifying N-Compass Seed Treatment blends and qualifying inoculants purchased from UAS must be planted on or after the earliest plant date as indicated by the United States Department of Agriculture Risk Management Agency (USDA RMA) guidelines. Acreage planted prior to this date is not eligible for replant. Find planting dates for specific geographic areas here: https://webapp.rma.usda.gov/apps/actuarialinformationbrowser/
This program does not apply to double crop soybean plantings—that is, soybeans planted after the harvest of winter wheat or any other crop unless planting complies with standard production practices for the geographic area.
There is no cash value with this Replant Program. No seed costs or trait costs will be paid under this program. Additional colorants, polymers, additives, and other competing products are not covered under this program. Qualifying N-Compass Seed Treatments must include 100% UAS-supplied fungicides and insecticides.
UAS reserves the right to audit all sites requesting replacement product under this program. UAS also reserves the right to cancel or modify the Replant form at its discretion.
