Pump Stands

The first thing you’ll notice is the compact, mountable design. The slim profile stays within the treater frame for a cleaner, more efficient footprint. No more bulky, heavy, secondary stands to deal with. And with a 20-gallon tank, it’s perfectly sized for a 15-gallon keg of treatment.

Underneath the tank is a new and improved plumbing assembly. It features an enhanced drain valve for easy clean-out and maintenance, as well as a Banjo 16 mesh filter and standardized ½” tubing for the entire system.

Another thing you’ll benefit from is the improved peristaltic pump setup–with the new location of the pump, the lines have been shortened, preventing kinks and extending the life of your tubing.

The flowmeter is situated against the back wall of the frame. It’s the same as the old system—providing constant, highly accurate flow rates, ensuring the precise amount of chemical is dispersed on any given run.

Atop the tank, the new, built-in agitation keeps product mixed and ready, reducing downtime and waste. It’s a simple system—there will be an on/off switch on atop the motor, so you can keep your treatment mixed with the flip of a switch.

The V3 Pump Stand uses the same auxiliary plugin to the main control box, but with cords tucked away for a cleaner look. Quick Connect fittings to the chemical tree now use ½-inch barbs (upgraded from ⅜-inch) to match the new standardized hosing—making setup smoother and more reliable.

We’ve eliminated finicky calibration tubes altogether with the open calibration setup. There is a jug mount situated neatly at the base of the treater aside the pump stand. With open calibration into a pitcher, the process is faster, easier, and headache-free.

The dual-pump control center puts everything at your fingertips, including an integrated seed treatment calculator (the same one you know from the UAS app). That means no more guesswork—just precise, repeatable applications every time.

Powering up is simple too. The emergency stop button doubles as the on/off switch—just twist it to the right and the screen comes to life.
