WHAT IS A SEED TREATER PUMP STAND?
A seed treater pump stand, sometimes called a seed treatment mix tank, holds and delivers liquid products to a seed treater during application.
Depending on the setup, pump stands can be used to handle seed treatment and other chemistry such as inoculants and nematicides.
The pump system controls product flow so the correct application rate reaches the seed as it moves through the treater.
THE BASIC JOB IS SIMPLE:
HOLD IT. → MIX IT. → METER IT. → APPLY IT.
The more accurately and consistently that process happens, the easier it is to achieve repeatable seed treatment application.

The UAS V3.1 Pump Stand is a major leap forward from our previous designs—we’ve made the calibration process simpler, improved accuracy, and added integrated controls, so growers can save time, save space, reduce errors, and maximize ROI every season.

COMPACT, MOUNTABLE DESIGN
The slim profile stays within the AT500 frame, eliminating the need for bulky secondary stands. The 20-gallon tank is sized to accommodate a 15-gallon treatment keg.

UPGRADED PLUMBING ASSEMBLY
Underneath the tank is a new and improved plumbing assembly. It features an enhanced drain valve for easy clean-out and maintenance, as well as a Banjo 16 mesh filter and standardized ½” tubing for the entire system.

IMPROVED PERISTALTIC PUMP SETUP
Another thing you’ll benefit from is the improved peristaltic pump setup–with the new location of the pump, the lines have been shortened, preventing kinks and extending the life of your tubing.

VERTICAL IFM FLOWMETER
The flowmeter provides constant, highly accurate flow rates, ensuring the precise amount of chemical is dispersed on any given run. BUILT-IN AGITATION
Atop the tank, the new, built-in agitation keeps product mixed and ready, reducing downtime and waste. It’s a simple system—there will be an on/off switch on atop the motor, so you can keep your treatment mixed with the flip of a switch.

AUX PLUGIN + QUICK CONNECTS TO CHEMICAL TREE
The V3.1 Pump Stand uses the same auxiliary plugin to the main control box, but with cords tucked away for a cleaner look. Quick Connect fittings to the chemical tree now use ½-inch barbs (upgraded from ⅜-inch) to match the new standardized hosing—making setup smoother and more reliable.

OPEN CALIBRATION
We’ve eliminated finicky calibration tubes altogether with the open calibration setup. There is a jug mount situated neatly at the base of the treater aside the pump stand. With open calibration into a pitcher, the process is faster, easier, and headache-free.

SUPPORTS UP TO 4 PUMP STANDS
Need additional capacity? The V3.1 now supports up to four pump stands from one interface. Whether you're operating one today or expanding tomorrow, the software is designed to grow with your operation. (Additional hardware and power upgrades are required when adding three or four pump stands.)

The V3.1 features a new 6-inch touchscreen, replacing the previous 3.5-inch display. The larger screen makes it easier to view product information, treatment rates and settings—and easier to navigate when treating season gets busy.
Quickly switch between per-unit and per-CWT application rates, enter seed settings, control multiple pumps and load saved profiles from one screen.
The V3.1 stores up to 10 Seed Profiles and 10 Chemical Profiles, so your most-used settings are ready when you need them.

DIRECT-INJECT SEED TREATMENT SYSTEMS
A direct-inject seed treatment system allows treatment to be delivered directly from the chemical keg instead of first being transferred into a traditional mix tank. For the right operation, that can mean less product handling, reduced chemical exposure and a simpler treating setup.
