How long have you been with UAS?
Will celebrate my 2-year anniversary in July 2023!
What do you enjoy most about working at UAS?
The team is so much fun, we laugh every day! There is so much to seed treating and farming, and I am always learning something new. The day-to-day work changes, never a dull moment!
What is your history in the ag industry?
I am new to the ag industry, but my uncle was a farmer and I spent time on the farm growing up. I didn’t help with big chores like planting, but my aunt would make me fetch eggs from the chicken coup. I remember the chickens were mean and would peck at my hands when I collected the eggs!
What do you enjoy most about the ag industry?
The science behind it is what fascinates me the most. Learning how different chemicals benefit different crops in different parts of the country is very interesting to me.
What value do you, personally, bring to your customers?
I have worked customer service my entire adult life because I truly enjoy working with people. I am proud to be part of the UAS team and I conduct myself daily to reflect that. This means making sure our customers are taken care of, and I make that my number one priority.
What do you like to do when you’re not working?
Right now, my hobby is pedal bike trail riding. Each week I try to go further than the week before. I started with 6 miles and I am up to a 10 mile ride currently.
